For warranty review, all warranty claims need to be processed in the original country of purchase. Please contact your local retailer and/or the distributor for the correct country as they are the warranty servicer for your area. For the warranty process outside of the US, the distributor is essentially a wholesaler/warehouse that supplies the parts that are needed, while the retailer is the customer contact/liaison. The retailer will first review the issue and place an order for the correct part with the distributor to fulfill the warranty. Contacting the retailer from whom the trailer was purchased is recommended so they can service your warranty claim as soon as possible.
