How can I check my order status?
Your order information and history will be saved under your user account details when logging in to burley.com. An email is sent after each step in the order process; please check the email address you provided when placing your order. If you did not receive an email confirmation, it is possible there was a typo in the email address or the message went to a junk folder. Please contact our team if you need assistance.
If I forgot to apply my promotion code to my order when checking out, how can I do that now?
Before your order is completed, please contact our team to see about cancelling the order so a new order can be placed using your coupon code or gift card. Promotion codes cannot be applied once an order is submitted, this includes existing and previous orders.
Who do I contact if my package appears to be delayed
Please reach out to the carrier regarding shipment progress or delays; make sure to have your tracking number ready from your shipping confirmation email. Once an item leaves our warehouse, Burley does not have any control over the shipment process.
