- Obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) submitting by a Return Request Form.
- Once provided an RMA# you can prepare your item for return. Please include your original order number with your return and clearly mark the RMA# on the outside of your package.
- Using a carrier of your choice, mail your return package to the below address. Burley does not provide prepaid return shipping labels. If you are returning an order from Canada, we recommend using Canada Post.

- Once your return has been received, a refund will be issued for the product returned (less any applicable return shipping charges, restocking fees, and/or duties and taxes). Only the original form of payment may be credited, not Burley store credit. If the Product was purchased with a Gift Card, the refundable amount charged to the Gift Card will be refunded back to the Gift Card.
- You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This includes the transit time for the shipper, the time it takes Burley to inspect and process your return, and time to allow your bank or payment company to process our refund request. In most cases, you will receive a refund sooner than four weeks.
